In Spain, only one of the major (as in non-virtual company) carriers has scheluded 2G shutdown, and it is going to be on 2030 supposedly. In Croatia my old dumbphones all get good signal, but have you noticed that the call quality is not as good as it used to be, sometimes you can not understand the other person well/some words are dropped?
